5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, only so far as necessary for the purposes above, to authorised public bodies, to our lawyers where legal proceedings require it, and to suppliers providing our infrastructure, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention

Data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and until the limitation periods in the relevant legislation expire, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

  • Learn whether your data is processed
  • Request information if it has been
  • Learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
  • Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request erasure or destruction
  • Request that such steps be notified to third parties
  • Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
  • Claim compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing
